This Torso-shaped heavy punching bag from Morgan Sports is designed to withstand the roughest boxing and MMA workouts. Perfect for targeting and practising specific body punching and kicking techniques, its 0.5cm EVA sheets under white target areas are designed to create real-life high-impact strikes on a dummy opponent.
It can be used to practice clinching, ground and pound plus throwing, and is ideal for flying knee and direct elbow strikes. Its 4-way tie-down strap is made to eliminate any swinging.
